Find a Missing Package That Shows As Delivered

What to do if your package shows as delivered but you can’t find it.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can’t find it:

Within 36 hours of expected delivery
– Verify the shipping address
– Look for a notice of attempted delivery
– Look around the delivery location for your package
– See if someone else accepted the delivery
– Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.

Wait 36 hours – in rare cases packages may say delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival

Find Missing Items

Sancart.com has recently begun contracting deliveries through a variety of regional carriers. We have contact information for these carriers, as well as national carriers.

Important: Some national carriers use regional carriers to deliver your package. When this happens, your tracking information may not be accurately reflected on the national carrier website. Some exceptionally large or heavy items may be shipped by a specialty carrier such as CEVA, ABF, Pilot, or XPO. Parcel Pool is used for standard deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii, and OnTrac is used for same-day deliveries to Seattle.

Where's My Parcel?

You can find tracking information in your order details or have it sent directly to your mobile phone.

Track your Parcel

After an order has shipped, you can track your packages on Sancart.com. From Your Orders, you can find tracking information in your order details. If an order includes multiple items, each may have separate delivery dates and tracking information.

Note: Some shipments, such as standard international shipments not fulfilled by Sancart Global, are not trackable.

To track your package:

1. Go to Your Orders.
2. Go to the order you want to track.
3. Click Track Package next to your order (if shipped separately). If your package or tracking information is missing, go to:

About Missing Packages That Show as Delivered About Missing Tracking Information

Note: International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays in delivery. To see estimated shipping times for your region, go to Global Shipping Times.

Tracking Shipment

Your Orders page
If tracking is available, you can track your package via the Your Orders page. The shipping method for your package will be listed in your account and in your shipment confirmation e-mail. If you need to contact the carrier, you can find contact information by going to Shipping Carrier Contacts.

Text message
Text Trace allows you to track your Sancart.com packages via SMS text messages sent to your mobile phone. After you sign up for Text Trace, any tracking updates related to your packages will be sent to your mobile phone.

Missing Tracking Information

Sometimes tracking information won’t be available.

Here are some reasons why tracking information may not be available:

– The first package scan may be upon arrival at a regional hub near the destination. This is common when shipping volume is high and packages are processed in bulk. Until this first scan, the carrier may not acknowledge receipt of the package.
– The first package scan may not be until delivery.
– Some shipments, such as Standard International shipments, are not trackable.
– Marketplace sellers sometimes do not provide Sancart with tracking information for their orders.
